CampBoring.com provides a membership-based platform for campground owners. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensuring all provided business information is accurate and current.
- Compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding hospitality, food handling, safety, and other relevant regulations.
2. Membership & Billing
Membership is billed annually at the rates specified during signup.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or specified in a promotion.
- Additional site fees apply for multiple campgrounds managed under one account.
3. Intellectual Property
The software, design, and proprietary algorithms of CampBoring.com are the property of The Siglow Company, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your specific business operations. You may not:
- Reverse engineer or scrape the platform.
- Redistribute the core technology as your own.
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Misues or access the platform in methods it was not inteded for or abuse or its features.
- Remove branding or alterate the guest Progressive Web App without explicitly written permission from CampBoring.com
4. Limitation of Liability
CampBoring.com provides tools to assist in campground operations. We are not liable for:
- Accuracy suggestions (verify all safety protocols).
- Uptime of third-party services (Google for location services, Stripe for payment processing, etc.).
- Any business losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
- Any damages to your property or equipment resulting from the use of the platform.
- Any liability for any claims or damages resulting from the use of the platform by you or your employees, visitors, bystanders, neighbors, or guests.
"We are boring, you are safe" — our goal is inclusivity, safety, and platform stability.
Users accept the inherent risks of digital platforms and the risk of activities or events that may occur on or off the property.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard and guest PWA will be revoked.
We reserve the right to amend or change these terms at any time with or without notice.
